Wendy Bryan
From typing policies to sales to closing to recruiting... Wendy Bryan's career in the title industry has spanned every aspect of the business. She began with humble beginnings in the policy department of an independent title agency and grew to Vice President and consultant with a title insurance underwriter. Wendy took the vision of Bonafide and formed it to serve the needs of the independent title agency with a focus on compliance and reliability.
Becky
Title policies, title exam, and survey review is top at the list of things that Becky cruises through. With a background in business, Becky isn't afraid to jump in on website development, social media interactions, and promotions. Most recently the Administrative Director of the History Center of Aransas County, Becky has overseen multiple projects and promotions while juggling the day to day business of making history. Oh yeah, she is also an amazing Ultra distance runner! (Ultra = 30 plus miles... yes, in one day.... on purpose)
Robin
Robin is a licensed attorney who is methodical and intentional in everything that she does. She has a special mindset that can take the most jumbled file and untangle the details to get to the heart of the matter. Her range of title experience over the last 20 plus years includes closing multi-million dollar properties, compliance management, responding to objections letters and evaluating risk for the title agency and underwriter alike. She is an amazing resource... and she loves her coffee.
Mitch
Title Policy Specialist with an eclectic background including natural science, information technology and fine arts. Mitch loves to get lost in minutia, whether it's title-related or any given internet rabbit-hole.

Courtney has so many years in the title industry that we are just going to count them like dog years and not give out a number..... She knows policies inside and out and has the ability to quickly pick through a file and point out what needs to get fixed quickly! This girl is on fire and ready to get those files completed.... correctly.

Meet the free-soul surfer that has a thirst for uncovering facts, finding solutions, and solving mysteries in a title search. Olive is at her best digging through documents or hanging ten. As an avid surfer she's as comfortable riding waves as she is typing commitments.... and stoked to help you!

Having 25 plus years in the title business, Diana has balanced all the files! Following the winding road from contract to recording is an all too familiar journey for her. After spending the majority of her career in Austin, she has made the decision to transition to getting out of the "rat race" and focusing on enjoying the role of Grandma... and helping others in this crazy business. From part-time closer to Branch Manager to Operations Manager/Human Resources Manager to President of a large agency – my 22 years of experience involves almost every aspect of a title agency. With 10 years of experience in the Commercial Lending Department in banking, I made a move to a fast growing fee attorney office. Took care of a large builder closing their interim construction and development contracts. Moved to operations and human resources as we transitioned from fee attorney to our own agency. Oversaw policy, plant, accounting, closers, compliance, and underwriter remittances. Compliance and ethics were my top focus to be able to serve all customers and employees.
